Sumi Robata Bar - River North

Former and founding Japonais chef Gene Kato strikes out on his own with a very focused robata bar in River North. The lower level houses Charcoal Lounge, an intimate Japanese cocktail lounge with Matthew Lipsky at the helm. The beverage program features Japanese-inspired cocktails, an assortment of Japanese whiskeys, sakes and other spirits.
