Mark Mendez and wife Elizabeth, former executive chef and wine director respectively at Carnivale, have broken out on their own to establish this Spanish-focused restaurant in the West Loop. The menus, both food and spirits, are influenced by the couple's extensive travels to Spain. Mendez puts his spin on classic dishes that rotate seasonally, and his wife complements them with bold wine choices, including an impressive selection of sherry.
